Also included in our quality checks are, listening to the audio to check if errors have been made, pronunciation is correct, all the segments have been recorded, the timings are right, files are correctly split and named; we take out overly long pauses and normalize the levels so all the audio is of the same volume.

Transcription services
We also provide transcription services to provide time-coded scripts for translation. The length of many languages will expand when compared to original British English and care must be taken in the translation to keep the true meaning of the British English, while staying within the time frame allowed. For voice-overs and depending on the language, we sometimes have to edit the British English to make a more concise version of the original, this is because the spoken version of many languages is much longer than the British English and would not fit in the allocated time slot. Of course, the edited British English is approved by the client before translation.
