  • Compile a list or glossary of words, product names, etc. that need to be kept in English.
  • Provide reference materials and find out if the content has already been translated or voiced in the required language. This may help establish standard spellings and pronunciations for product names, etc.
  • Clarify the intended video usage, as many voice artists charge based on factors like TV, radio, internet, IVR, or e-learning.
  • Be aware of buyout terms for broadcast usage, as the cost and duration (weeks, months, years) may vary depending on the target countries and regions.
