A range of African accented English voice artists at Adelphi
Our African English voice-over artists at Adelphi Studio provide you with high-quality recordings for your Film, TV, web or DVD projects. We can sync the recorded African English voice back into your video making it ready to publish.
All our accented English voice artists have been selected to offer a variety of ranges and styles covering everything from drama, commercials, corporate, Films, IVR’s (Interactive voice response), narrations etc., for you to choose from. We have accented English voice artists in a range of ages and some who can do character voices as well as traditional voices.
At Adelphi, we offer professionally edited audio as a standard for all of our voice over projects. But what exactly does this mean? Go here and we will briefly look at what we do with the audio before we deliver it to our clients, turning the ‘raw’ unedited audio data into professional, clean-sounding voice-over files. Also included in our quality checks are, listening to the audio to check if errors have been made, pronunciation is correct, all the segments have been recorded, the timings are right, files are correctly split and named; we take out overly long pauses and normalise the levels so all the audio is of the same volume.

As part of our accented English voice-over service, Adelphi provides a full translation service from any language into English to our customers. Our in-house translation team, project managers and studio engineers will work with you in order to effectively manage the workflow from concept to completion.
Our transcription services provide time-coded scripts ready for translation. The length of many languages will expand when compared to original and care must be taken in the translation to keep the true meaning of the original, while staying within the time frame allowed. There are two basic types of transcription, Verbatim which includes all the “hum” and “ah’s” etc., and then there is Readable which is cleaned up to eliminate all the unnecessary elements.
A recent voice-over project for Best Western record in 18 languages.
