American voice artist Mary is known for her subtle and emotionally potent performances. A 2016 Voice Arts Award nominee by The Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS) for her work in Tamara Leigh’s, “The Longing,” Mary thrives on character-driven work and powerful heroines. Finding multiple homes in the classics, historical fiction, fantasy, children’s literature, poetry, and multi-cultural voices, Mary relishes in the power of storytelling to awaken our hearts and teach us empathy.
Classically trained at The Riverside Shakespeare Academy and the Film Actors Studio in NYC, Mary has narrated for Audible, Tantor Media, Inc., Simon & Schuster, Bee Audio, ACX, Property Works, Lake Trout Media/Canada, Mage Publishers, Homebound Publications, Bethlehem Books, Winterbourne Publishers and more!
As an actor, Mary recently received critical acclaim for her role in the docudrama, “Death Valley: A Love Story,” (2016), and is tickled pink by her part in the award-winning ensemble for, “Call it in the Air”(2016)(Best Feature Film/Pocono Film Festival) and garnered a ‘Best Supporting Actor, “ nod for her work as Sarah Helvey in “The Honour” (2014).
