Scooter was born in Toronto and raised in Canada and the United States. With years of experience in the corporate world, he started working as a Voice Actor out of his pure love of the arts. Having earned professional degrees and engaged in wonderful business pursuits, he formally studied voice acting and hone his craft, and earned a Certificate in Voice Acting from George Brown College.

His non-industry professional background coupled with cutting-edge voice over practice, aid the passionate pursuit of his clients' objectives. A classic voice, modern techniques and a fully outfitted professional studio allows him to efficiently and reliably produce high-quality work product.

His voice is baritone or bass and may be described as deep, warm, friendly, and engaging.
