Luis began working as a broadcast radio host in 1995, both as a producer and a host.
He is originally from Évora, in the south-central region of Portugal. He later moved onto voice-over work and has since worked on voiced web campaigns, radio, movie and television commercials, plus e-learning projects.
His voice can be described as truthful and emotive. He is also great with character work (See sample 3).
